Purpose

These guidelines ensure consistent, accurate, and professional representation of the Skelex brand. Compliance is mandatory for all authorized Skelex dealers, distributors, and partners.

 

1. Logos & Visual Identity

• Only Skelex-approved logos and brand assets may be used.

• Logos may not be altered, redrawn, recolored, stretched, animated..

• Creating new logo variations or sub-brands is prohibited without written approval.

• Logos must not be used in misleading, inappropriate, or unauthorized contexts.
   

2. Product Names & Claims

• Dealers must use official Skelex product names exactly as provided.

• Product names may not be renamed, shortened, translated, or rebranded without approval.

• Dealers may not make exaggerated, unverified, or misleading claims regarding product performance, certifications, or regulatory status.
   

3. Documentation & Content

• Skelex documents may not be edited, reformatted, annotated, or manually altered without prior written approval.

• This includes manuals, datasheets, presentations, brochures, and training materials.

• Translations require advance approval and final review by Skelex.

• Only the latest approved versions of Skelex materials may be distributed.

 

4. Marketing & Digital Use

• All Skelex-branded marketing (print, digital, video, website, social media) must use approved assets and messaging.

• Custom dealer-created materials referencing Skelex require prior approval before publication.

• Dealers may not create Skelex-branded social media accounts or use Skelex logos as profile images without authorization.
   

5. Dealer Representation

• Dealers must not represent themselves as Skelex employees, the manufacturer, or an exclusive/global representative unless explicitly authorized.

• Approved language such as “Authorized Skelex Dealer” may be used where applicable.

• The dealer’s brand must remain clearly distinct from the Skelex brand.

 

6. Approval & Compliance

• Any deviation from these guidelines requires prior written approval from Skelex.

• Skelex reserves the right to request immediate correction or removal of non-compliant materials.

• Violations may result in suspension or termination of dealer authorization.
