The Skelex 360 is built to make overhead and front-facing tasks effortless. This lightweight, non-powered exoskeleton supports the weight of your arms using gravity-balancing technology reducing fatigue, improving posture, and helping professionals stay productive throughout the day.

Unlike powered devices, the Skelex 360 moves naturally with your body. It feels weightless at rest, smoothly adding support as you lift your arms. The result: less strain, more energy, and greater comfort during long work shifts.

Getting Started Skelex 360 Tutorial: The Right Fit Matters

To get the most out of your Skelex 360, it’s essential to personalize it to your body size before first use. Correct sizing and settings improve comfort, mobility, and the effectiveness of the arm support.

Key adjustable elements (marked in blue) include:

  • Belt length – adjust for a snug, symmetrical fit around your hips.

  • Frame height – match your body height using the spring height indicator.

  • Arm length – set to S, M, or L for your reach.

  • Support force – adjust for your body weight and tool use, from 1 to 4.9 kg per arm.

Suiting Up: Step-by-Step

Once adjusted, putting on the Skelex 360 is as simple as wearing a backpack. Follow these four steps:

  1. Strap the belt securely over your hips.

  2. Lock the chest strap at a comfortable height.

  3. Tighten the shoulder straps so the exoskeleton sits evenly on your back.

  4. Engage the arm cups by placing your upper arms into them and locking the GripLabels.

See it in action in the Skelex 360: Putting It On Tutorial video.

After suiting up, perform a quick fit check the arm cups should form a “V” in the middle of your upper arms, the belt should stay firmly in place, and the spring-to-shoulder distance should be about two fingers.

To keep your Skelex 360 performing at its best:

  • Perform a short inspection before each shift.

  • Clean regularly and wash soft components (harness & arm cups) at 30 °C.
